How to Activate Mobile Banking in SBI Bank Account ? (State Bank of India)
Step 1 : First you need to Send SMS MBSREG to 9223440000 to receive your USER ID, your Default MPIN and the link for downloading the Mobile Application.
Step 2 : Now you need to Download the State Bank Freedom Mobile Application by clicking on the link received on your Mobile Number Via SMS. You can also click on the link below to download the State Bank Freedom App.

You can select your Mobile Phone Brand Name and the Model Number.

Android Users : Download the State Bank Freedom App from Google Play Store.
iPhone Users : Download the State Bank Freedom App from Apple iStore.

Step 3 : Change the default MPIN to the desired MPIN by any of the following methods :
- Through App , OR
- By WAP , OR
- By Sending SMS
Step 4 : You can activate the Mobile Banking by 2 possible ways :
1. By Visiting any State Bank ATM
Visit any SBI ATM with your Debit Card. After Entering your PIN, You may choose :
Mobile Registration –> Mobile Banking Registration –> Registration
Now enter your 10 Digit Mobile Number ( To activate this service through ATM – This number must already be registered with the Bank)
You will be notified as soon as your Mobile Banking gets activated. You can also call the Customer Care Number to see check if your Mobile Banking is activated or not.
2. By Visiting your SBI Home Branch
You may submit your Mobile Banking Registration form at your Home Branch(Where you have your Account). This procedure is faster than the previous one.
