The board exam results were released today at 4 pm in the evening at Namkum Headquarters of the Board. Commenting on the results, Arvind Kumar Singh, the Chairman of JAC said that 4,28,389 students attempted for the 10th Board Exams from which 2,54,830 students passed with flying colors making an average of 59.48 percent of students passing this year.

“Out of these students, more than 1 lakh pupils have secured the first division which aptly indicates the improvement in education quality in the recent years. However, pass percentage has evidently dropped down as compared to the previous years. The quality for overall performance in the board exams have improved significantly”, praised Mr. Singh.
