4) Visit the AVMs installed at all DMRC Metro Stations (Except Airport Express Line) near EFO(Excess Fare Office)/Customer Care.
Note: Please note that your Delhi Metro Smart Card will not be credited immediately with the top up value right after you’ve successfully completed an online transaction. You need to wait at least 2 hours before you visit a metro station kiosk.

2) Once the app is downloaded look for the Online Recharge option.
3) Click on the Quick Top- Up option and enter the unique 8-digit number provided at the back of your Delhi Metro Smart Card. Retype the Smart Card ID in the second box. Enter the amount which in multiples of 100 and Enter the characters as shown on your screen.
4) Select the mode of payment i.e., Debit or Credit card. Click on ‘Checkout’. Fill in your personal details like Name, Address, Mobile number and Email ID.
5) The final step is to fill in your Debit/Credit Card details and completing the transaction. Once the transaction is complete your Delhi Metro card will be recharged with the desired amount. You will also get a conformation e-mail from DMRC about the transaction details.
