What is USSD Code ?
USSD which is also known as Unstructured Supplementary Service Data is a Globally used System for for GSM Mobiles. It is widely used by people from India and other Countries to send SMS for activating the desired Application Program in that particular network. Applications could be anything like 3G Services, Roaming, SMS etc.
Working of USSD Codes
When you send a message to your network provider, that message is received by a system which is dedicated to USSD. The response of the computer is sent back to your phone, which is usually in a basic format that can read easily on the display of your Phone. These messages are not defined by any specific regulatory body, so every network operator implement the USSD Codes as they feel is more suitable for its customers.

Important Note for All Users
Mostly the plans get activated instantly. However, sometimes due to Network issues, it might take some time for the plan to get activated. You are requested to wait to receive an SMS regarding the activation of the specific plan. Once you receive the SMS, you can go ahead and start using the Activated Internet Plan.
Also, do not be in a hurry thinking that your plan is not activated. You must first check your Main Balance. If the amount is deducted from the Main Balance for the requested plan, you must wait for the SMS for activation of the plan.
