This route is best suited for people who stay in and around the areas of Ghaziabad & Noida. People from Meerut can continue on this route as they can connect to this route directly to Karnal Via Budhana & Shamli.

Route 3 : Delhi – Sonipat – Panipat – Karnal – Kurukshetra – Chandigarh – Nangal – Dalhousie – Khajjiar 

This route is best suited for people who stay in and around the areas of Pitampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh and Alipur. People who want to pass through Chandigarh can take this route.

Distance from Dalhousie : 592 km

Route 4 : Delhi – Sonipat – Panipat – Karnal – Kurukshetra – Ambala – Garhshankar – Hoshiarpur – Dasuya – Pathankot – Dalhousie – Khajjiar

This route is best suited for people who stay in and around the areas of Pitampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh and Alipur. People who want to pass through Hoshiarpur can take this route.

Distance from Dalhousie : 592 km

Best Road Route from Delhi to Khajjiar

Route 5 : Delhi – Sonipat – Panipat – Karnal – Kurukshetra – Ludhiana – Jalandhar – Pathankot – Dalhousie – Khajjiar

This route is best suited for people who stay in and around the areas of Pitampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh and Alipur. People who want to pass through Ludhiana & Jalandhar can take this route. This is undoubtedly the most used and the best route to reach Khajjiar from Delhi.

Distance from Dalhousie : 596 km

Important Note : Do remember that while returning from Khajjiar, on Gandhi Chowk near Dalhousie you will find two ways. You will reach back to Pathankot by both ways but one of those ways has a one way traffic and if you choose it you will be caught by the traffic police once you get down. So, make sure you are moving in the right direction while you are at Gandhi Chowk.
