How to get Fresh Arms License in Delhi ?

Any applicant who is over 21 years of Age can apply for fresh arms license in Delhi. The applications for the Arms License have to be submitted in the office of DCP/Licensing located at 1^st Floor, Police Station Defence Colony New Delhi (near Mool Chand Flyover) by the applicant or through his representative with the following documents :-
