Step 2 : Enter your User ID and Password to login to your SBI Card Online Account.
Step 3 : Click on Requests under My Dashboard on the Left Hand Sidebar.
Step 4 : Click on Report a Lost/Stolen Card which is the third last option in the Left Sidebar.
Step 5 : Select Report a Lost/Stolen Card radio button which shows last 4 digits of your SBI Card.
Step 6 : You will receive a new SBI Credit Card at the Address mentioned at the Bottom. If you want to receive your SBI Credit Card on any other Address, you need to update it.
Step 7 : Finally you need to click on Submit.
As soon as you click on Submit your SBI Credit Card will be blocked immediately and no further transactions could be performed by using the associated Credit Card.

SMS Format –> Type BLOCK XXXX (Last 4 digits of your card number) and Send to 5676791 from your registered mobile number.
