1) Open the Link given below.
http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/printForm
2) Now, Under ‘Download and Print Application Form’ click on ‘Click here’ link corresponding to > To download the main passport application form for Fresh or Re-issue of Passport (As Shown Below).
The Passport Application Form will be Downloaded on your Computer/Device in ZIP Format.
3) When you open and Unzip the Zip file, you will find the Passport Application Form in PDF Format.
Important Note : If you do not have a software to Unzip the Zip file, you can download a software like WINZIP or WINRAR which will help you to solve the purpose. Do remember that you need to fill this Passport Application Form completely and click on Validate & Save to save it in XML Format.
